We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator with strong document control skills to join a busy site team on a major construction project. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure main contractor environment and is confident managing project documentation to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full document control duties using project systems (drawing registers, RFIs, submittals, trackers)
- Managing site correspondence and document distribution
- Supporting the project team with general site administration
- Ensuring documents are up to date, compliant, and accurately filed
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator
- Previous experience working for a main contractor on live construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident using document control systems and Microsoft Office and EDM’s (Fieldview, Procore, Asite, 4P, Sharepoint)
- Proactive, organised, and resilient personality
