Senior Construction Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all site-based operations, ensuring multidisciplinary teams (CSA, Electrical, Mechanical) are aligned with project goals.
- Take full accountability for project certainty, managing the schedule, budget, and quality from commencement to final handover.
- Champion a world-class Health & Safety culture, ensuring total compliance with statutory regulations and internal safety management systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, design teams, and local authorities.
- Partner with the commercial team to manage high-value contracts, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of determination and sharp focus.
Senior Construction Manager Requirements:
