We are currently working with a well-established and growing developer who are looking to appoint a Construction Manager to support the delivery of high-end schemes across West London. The business specialises in acquiring existing buildings and transforming them through demolition, refurbishment, structural alterations, and cut & carve works into premium office spaces and luxury residential developments. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company delivering complex and design-led schemes in some of London’s most desirable locations.
As Construction Manager, you will oversee construction activities across a range of technically challenging projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and driving programme delivery
- Overseeing structural alteration, refurbishment, and demolition packages
- Monitoring health & safety and ensuring site compliance
- Working closely with commercial, design, and technical teams
- Driving quality standards throughout all phases of delivery
- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
- Proven experience working as a Construction Manager with a main contractor or developer
- Strong experience delivering refurbishment, cut & carve, structural alteration, or demolition projects
- Residential or commercial fit out/development experience would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work packages within live or constrained environments
- Stable career history with a proactive and hands-on approach
