We are working with a well-regarded, design-led contractor delivering high-quality, detail-driven projects across multiple sectors, including luxury residential, commercial and specialist fit-out. The business is known for its hands-on leadership, strong supply chain relationships, and consistently high standards of finish. As part of their continued growth, they are appointing a QA Manager to take full ownership of quality across the business. This is a key role, suited to someone experienced, structured, and meticulous, who has implemented and managed QA properly before.

The Role:

  • Own and manage the QA function across all projects
  • Set up, maintain, and enforce QA systems, processes, and documentation
  • Manage ITPs, inspections, audits, NCRs, and quality close-out
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations, and standards
  • Work closely with site and project teams to embed a quality-first approach
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Support H&S and wider compliance, working collaboratively with the team

About You:

  • Proven experience in a QA / Quality Manager role within construction
  • Comfortable working across high-end, detail-heavy projects
  • Exceptionally strong with paperwork, compliance, and QA systems
  • Meticulous, organised, and detail-focused
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence professionally
  • Team player with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
  • Degree educated / CQI or ASQ (CCQM) / knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
