We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams from project inception through to construction and handover. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced project environments. Senior Design Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process throughout all project phases, from concept through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialist consultants. Develop and manage design programmes aligned with overall project delivery schedules. Review design deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, applicable European standards and local regulations. Collaborate closely with project managers, commercial teams, procurement, and site operations to maintain design intent throughout construction.
