Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced CSA Package Manager for a major data centre project in Vienna, Austria.

This is a great opportunity for a CSA Package Manager to take ownership of key Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, including structural steel and building envelope, on a large-scale, technically complex project.

  • CSA Package Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and coordination of CSA packages, particularly structural steel and building envelope.
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding through construction, QA/QC and handover.
  • Coordinate CSA works with the overall project programme and key milestones.
  • Review drawings, specifications and IFC information to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate RFIs, technical queries and BIM/CAD requirements.
  • Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower and performance.
  • Manage package QA/QC, snagging, documentation and close-out.
  • Support commercial management of variations, valuations, labour, materials and plant.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, QS, engineering team, client and consultants.
  • Provide regular progress reports and highlight risks, delays and issues.
  • Ensure successful completion of punch lists, O&M documentation, as-builts and handover.
  • CSA Package Manager Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with a recognised construction contractor.
  • Proven experience as a CSA Package Manager, CSA Manager, Package Manager or similar.
  • Strong experience across Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.
  • Structural steel and/or building envelope experience highly advantageous.
  • Previous data centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and design coordination.
  • Familiarity with CAD/BIM and Primavera or similar planning software.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, programme, QA/QC and commercial changes.
  • Strong communication, organisation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
