Job Description

Salter Grange is working with a leading Engineering Contractor who is currently recruiting a Mechanical QA Lead to join a specialist Engineering Contractor on a high-profile, major Data Centre Development in Belgium.\\nThe successful Mechanical QA Lead will be joining a new division on a Hyper-Scale Data Centre Project for a blue-chip client and be part of a highly regarded company and well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.\\nIdeally, the successful Mechanical QA Lead will have experience in a similar role, Mechanical trade or degree qualified and a proven track record in the Data Centre industry.\\nMechanical QA Lead Responsibilities:\\n * Act as the QA owner for the assigned turnover scope, from construction completion to handover.\\n * Oversee snagging during both scheduled walkdowns and observations.\\n * Participate in the Quality Surveillance Program.\\n * Compile turnover packs.\\n * Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of installations.\\n * Evaluate installations to guarantee a snag-free client walkdown.\\n * Implement and sign off on the First of a Kind process.\\n * Manage document control for construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.\\nMechanical QA Lead Requirements:\\n * Mechanical trade qualified or degree qualified\\n * 3 years’ experience in a similar role.\\n * Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems.\\nIf you are a Mechanical QA Lead looking for a clear progression path and joining a well-established company, apply now with your CV
