Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large £95M Commercial Development in Central London.
We are open to candidates' backgrounds but ideally, you will be exposed to large, track construction projects such as Commercial Fit-Out, Mixed Use Developments or major office schemes.
With the order book full until 2028, there is excellent scope for a credible Mechanical Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the business's growth and expansion over the coming years.
Mechanical Construction Manager Key Requirements:
- 3 - 5 Years of Mechanical Construction Management experience ideally on Commercial, Industrial or mixed-use development
- A trade and/or relevant third-level qualification
- Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects
- Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Experienced in design and build
- Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Excellent IT skills
