A leading London-based main contractor requires an M&E Project Manager to join them to deliver a £13m M&E package on a high-profile redevelopment project in North London. You will have a direct line of communication with the board. This business prides itself on repeat client businesses based on high-performance models on previous projects. The successful M&E Project Manager will lead the project reporting to an experienced Project Director.
M&E Project Manager Requirements:
- Overseeing a £13m package contractually and managing the overall delivery
- Management of project teams across the different projects
- Resourcing strong teams to deliver operationally
- Liaising closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on target with the budget
- Regular progress meetings with the client and internal teams
- Hands-on management approach to delivering the project
- Management of all stakeholders across the projects and within the business
M&E Project Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience of running £10m+ projects working for a main contractor
- Strong communication and proven leadership qualities
- At least 10 years’ experience as an M&E Manager or above
- Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process, including design coordination, quantity surveying and procurement
