Salary: From 35,105 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota between 7:30am and 8:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
Location: Canary Wharf
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, decorating and general building fabric repairs.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) inspections and routine building checks.
- Inspect communal areas, plant rooms and resident spaces, reporting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
- Work alongside contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using digital reporting systems.
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
