Electrical Supervisor Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a leading European engineering and construction contractor. The client delivers complex data centre, advanced technology and life sciences projects for some of the world's biggest organisations. As Electrical Supervisor, you'll make sure electrical works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You'll join a supportive team with real opportunities to progress your career. Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Work with the delivery team to hit safety, quality, programme and commercial targets. * Make sure subcontractors follow project standards, RAMS and health & safety procedures. * Oversee temporary construction power installation and maintenance. * Monitor subcontractor resource levels and resolve any shortfalls. * Join planning meetings and give weekly progress updates and forecasts. * Work with the Electrical Project Manager to drive quality on site. Electrical Supervisor Requirements: * 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor. * Experience with an electrical or mechanical contractor. * A recognised electrical trade qualification. * Good IT skills (MS Office) and fluent English. * Willingness to travel. * Data centre or live-environment experience is a plus.
