Electrical Engineer – Data Centre Projects | Finland

Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical Engineer on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering cutting-edge hyperscale data centre projects in Finland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading business working on one of Europe's largest mission-critical developments, offering excellent career progression and the chance to work alongside industry-leading professionals.

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in the delivery of the electrical package, managing engineering activities from design coordination through to installation, quality assurance, commissioning and project handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and design teams.
  • Oversee QA, safety, procurement, scheduling and technical submittals.
  • Support site operations, commissioning and project handover.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and drive programme delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
  • Electrical Engineer Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with a recognised M&E contractor.
  • Experience delivering large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of QA, BIM/CAD processes and project planning.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Data centre or mission-critical experience is advantageous.
