CSA Project Manager | Data Centres | Netherlands Salter Grange is partnering with a leading Tier 1 engineering and construction contractor to recruit an experienced CSA Project Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in Europe.
Joining a business with a secured pipeline of work for the next four years, you'll play a key role in delivering mission-critical facilities for one of the world's leading technology companies while benefiting from long-term career progression.
As CSA Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from pre-construction through to commissioning.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- CSA Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, programmes and logistics plans.
- Manage project budgets, cost control and commercial performance.
- Oversee project quality plans and ensure all works meet required standards.
- Lead the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures across the project.
- Coordinate engineering, construction and subcontractor teams to achieve programme milestones.
- Manage procurement schedules and supply chain performance.
- Chair project meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Support testing, commissioning and successful project handover. CSA Project Manager Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience as a CSA Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres or other complex mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost management, procurement and programme delivery.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.
- Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
- Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional project management qualification or relevant construction trade background.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects across Europe.
