An award-winning Main Contractor focused on delivering a variety of high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across London, is currently seeking a Junior Design Manager MEP focused to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased but well-rounded in both disciplines and come from a consultancy background with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. The successful Junior MEP Design Manager will join a financially robust company with a 400m turnover and a proven commitment to employee development and career progression, and work on a diverse portfolio of high-value projects, typically ranging from 100m to 200m.

Junior MEP Design Manager Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain robust design processes, effectively addressing any deviations or exceptions to keep projects on track.
  • Act as a key point of contact, coordinating closely with suppliers and the Design Integrator, efficiently resolving queries and fostering strong teamwork.
  • Ensure all designs prioritize ease of maintenance, health, safety, and welfare, strictly adhering to project design management plans.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with quality, engineering, and delivery teams to achieve streamlined and successful project outcomes.
