Salter Grange is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading international contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project
- Prepare valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Manage subcontractor accounts from award through to completion
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and forecasting
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Produce accurate commercial reporting and project analysis
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 5+ years' post‑graduate experience
