Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit an Electrical Lead for a major Data Centre project in Switzerland. As the Electrical Lead you will lead the electrical package on a large-scale project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, programme delivery, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Electrical Lead Responsibilities- Lead the Electrical Systems package from installation through to handover
- Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
- Oversee project costs, labour, materials, and variations
- Produce weekly progress and cost reports
- Attend client, planning, and project meetings
- Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Support project close‑out, commissioning, and handover activities
- Electrical trade background and/or relevant qualification
- 5+ years' experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Data Centre experience is highly desirable
