An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Lead to join a leading international engineering contractor delivering major Data Centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. This is a senior site-based role for a proven electrical professional with strong leadership, technical delivery, and stakeholder management experience on large-scale construction projects.

The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical installation delivery on complex projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will suit someone with a strong background in electrical building services, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site.
  • Manage electrical site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades.
  • Work closely with project management, design, commissioning, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor progress against programme and drive performance to meet key milestones.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and final handover activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical or delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on progress, risks, and site activities.
Electrical Lead Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Electrical Lead, Electrical Supervisor, or similar senior electrical delivery role.
  • Strong background delivering large-scale electrical packages on Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major commercial projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical installation methods, sequencing, and site coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Good understanding of commissioning processes and project handover requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a demanding project environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to work across various locations in Europe.
