Contract Manager Salter Grange is partnering with a leading organisation in the Data Centre industry to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. This role requires a strong electrical background (essential) and proven experience delivering large-scale projects across Europe. Regular travel is required. Key Responsibilities and Duties Ensure projects and contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget. Manage procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractor packages. Lead and support project teams, including staff management, labour control, and coordination. Represent the business in regular meetings with clients and stakeholders. Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee ordering and management of products, materials, and machinery for site operations. Objectives of this Role Deliver high-profile Data Centre projects across multiple European sites. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards. Drive efficiency, cost control, and timely project delivery. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Manager, ideally within Data Centres or major electrical projects. Strong electrical background – essential. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Clean driving licence. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
