Salter Grange is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction specialist for an experienced Electrical Lead to join a high-profile, large-scale data centre project in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. The role offers a competitive day rate and the chance to be part of a technically challenging and fast-paced environment.
Electrical Lead Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, commissioning, and project management
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design requirements
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans
- Drive progress, resolve technical issues, and report regularly to senior stakeholders
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant European standards and regulations
Electrical Lead Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Lead or Senior Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects (ideally data centres or other mission-critical environments)
- Strong background working with main contractors or specialist MEP contractors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, installations, and commissioning processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance project environment
- EU project experience is highly desirable
- EU Passport is essential for this role
