With an outstanding reputation for delivering major projects within the Rail, Data Centre, Residential, and Commercial sectors, they are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team on a flagship Data Centre civils project.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, supporting the delivery team and gaining valuable experience on a large-scale development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of contract documentation.
- Preparing and managing post-contract enquiries.
- Assessing and valuing contract variations.
- Preparing, reviewing, and agreeing schedules.
- Managing the financial and contractual aspects of subcontractor accounts.
- Issuing contractual notices and evaluating loss and expense or acceleration claims.
- Producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates in response to enquiries.
- Building strong relationships and liaising effectively with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
