I'm working with a leading international engineering contractor delivering major Data Centre projects across Europe and seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join their team. This is a confidential opportunity for a proven construction professional with a strong track record in managing Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on complex, high-value projects.
This role would suit someone who is confident taking ownership of CSA delivery, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, high-quality and on-programme execution from start to finish.
CSA Manager Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of CSA packages from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical information to identify and resolve issues early.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and client representatives.
- Support progress reporting, risk management, change control and project handover.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with project requirements, standards and deadlines.
- Proven experience as a CSA Package Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong background in Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial or major commercial builds.
- Excellent knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
- Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- A proactive, professional approach with a strong focus on quality, safety and delivery.
- Experience working on international projects across Europe would be highly advantageous.
