Salter Grange is exclusively recruiting a CSA Lead to join the European leader in high-tech construction solutions. Our client manages flagship projects for the world’s most innovative corporations, delivering critical infrastructure with certainty and innovation. CSA Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and management of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing labor, plant, materials, and equipment.
- Drive a high-performance safety and QA culture, managing all documentation from project setup to final close-out.
- Manage the project schedule in conjunction with planners and consulting engineers to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Partner with the QS to manage valuations, variations, and tender packages, ensuring rigorous change management.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the Client Design Team, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors.
CSA Lead Requirements:
- 10–15+ years in the construction sector with a proven track record in lead positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Proficient in BIM/CAD processes and project planning software (Primavera/MS Project).
- A natural mentor with the ability to prioritize and organize complex workloads under strict deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive high-performance teams.
