Salter Grange are seeking a skilled and driven Cost Manager to join one of the fastest growing consultancy firms, supporting a major global data centre client on large scale projects in the Virginia region.
You’ll be working on mission critical developments that demand precision cost control, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach all within a fast paced and highly collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
Lead value engineering and change management
Support contract administration and risk mitigation
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
Experience working within a similar role working on Data Centre projects
Strong communication and client facing skills
