About the role:
Salter Grange are seeking a skilled and driven Cost Manager to join one of the largest and well know consultancy firms, supporting a range of major projects across all sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
Lead value engineering and change management
Support contract administration and risk mitigation
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
Experience working within a similar role working on Data Centre projects
Strong communication and client facing skills
Proficient in tools such as CostX, Excel, and MS Project
