Assistant / Junior Planner – Main Contractor – Central London An established main contractor is looking for an Assistant or Junior Planner to join their growing team and support across a range of their large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in London. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in planning, or a junior site engineer who’s looking to move into project planning and programming. The Role: Support the Senior Planner in developing and updating construction programmes using Asta Powerproject Assist in progress reporting, critical path analysis, and short-term planning Gain exposure to pre-construction and tender stage planning Database management and administrative support Work closely with project teams to monitor performance and identify potential delays Requirements: Experience working for a main contractor or developer in a planning or site-based role Familiarity with Asta Powerproject (training can be provided A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and an interest in progressing into a Planner roleThis role offers excellent scope for development within a forward-thinking contractor that values internal growth and provides structured career progression.
