BIM Manager β Electrical Location: Armagh / Strabane Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading electrical contractor for an experienced BIM Manager with strong expertise in electrical and MEP projects. This senior role will oversee BIM delivery, manage coordination across disciplines, and support digital project delivery from design through to construction. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation and strategy on major electrical projects. Manage and coordinate electrical BIM models to industry standards (ISO 19650). Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues across MEP disciplines. Support design, prefabrication, and site installation teams with model outputs. Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to BIM staff. Act as the main point of contact for BIM with clients and project stakeholders.Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field. 5+ yearsβ experience in Electrical BIM/MEP coordination and management. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and digital workflows. Strong technical understanding of electrical systems in construction.
