Finishing Manager – East London - High-Rise Residential An established main contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering landmark residential and mixed-use developments is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a scheme in East London.
This is an opportunity to become part of a major regeneration project that will help transform the local area, delivering high-quality homes.
The development involves a high-rise residential scheme with premium amenities and exceptional design standards.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the internal delivery and handover process, ensuring apartments and communal areas are completed to the highest standards.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage all finishing and internal fit-out activities from first fix through to practical completion.
- Drive programme and coordinate subcontractors to achieve key milestones.
- Oversee quality control, snagging and de-snagging processes.
- Manage apartment handovers and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across all internal works.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to achieve programme targets. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large residential or mixed-use schemes.
- Strong background delivering high-rise residential developments.
- Excellent eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Stable employment history with recognised main contractors preferred.
