A leading main contractor is seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major high rise student accommodation development in Central London. This is a site based position offering the chance to play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The Role

  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures across the project
  • Inspecting works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards
  • Keeping accurate records, reports, and photographic evidence of inspections
  • Monitoring and assessing subcontractor performance and workmanship
  • Supporting the coordination of fit-out activities and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Assisting with snagging, defect management, and handover processes
  • Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient site environment

About You

  • Previously worked in Quality assurance within construction
  • A Fit-Out Supervisor / Finishing Foreman position
