Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Project, Hayes, West London We are working with an established design, construction and engineering contractor with over 30 years of industry experience, delivering complex projects across the data centre, defence and energy sectors. We are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre development in Union Park, Hayes. The project is a significant, high-value development comprising 18 data halls, delivering approximately 24MW of IT power, alongside high-voltage and medium-voltage energy infrastructure and associated facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience on a major live data centre project and develop your career within a specialist contractor with strong opportunities for progression. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of the project, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams.
