Assistant Façade Manager (Temporary) – Watford We’re seeking an Assistant Façade Manager to join a flagship mixed-use residential development in the heart of Watford, delivering high-quality homes and commercial space across multiple blocks. This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with experience supporting façade packages on complex, high-rise schemes. You’ll be joining a driven site team at a key stage of delivery, assisting with coordination, QA/QC, logistics, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities: * Support the management and installation of external façade systems (cladding, glazing, brickwork, etc.) * Monitor progress, carry out inspections, and assist with quality control * Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to programme and spec * Assist with H&S compliance and documentation Requirements: * Previous experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects * Strong understanding of façade systems and construction processes * Knowledge of brickwork packages * CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred * Excellent communication and organisational skills This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a transformative project reshaping Watford’s skyline.
