We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse facilities, stock management, and logistics operations. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day running of stock control, inventory management, and deliveries while maintaining high-quality standards across the brewery.

What you’ll be doing:
Warehouse & Stock Control:
- Oversee all stock movement, ensuring accuracy in inventory and record-keeping.
- Develop & implement efficient stock control procedures to maximise effectiveness.
- Keep external storage spaces, the warehouse, brewery yard, and offices clean and organised.
Team Leadership & Logistics:
- Manage and lead our dray team, providing clear direction and appraising performance.
- Supervise Goods In & Goods Out, ensuring smooth order dispatch and deliveries.
- Oversee palletising, loading orders, and accepting deliveries for the entire brewery.
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with Sales & Production teams to ensure stock levels and availability are up to date.
- Help maintain our SALSA accreditation & quality standards for storage, tracking, and dispatch.
- Manage the brewery fleet to ensure all delivery vehicles are serviced, licensed, and roadworthy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or stock control.
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail – you love keeping things running smoothly!
- Leadership experience – ability to manage a team and improve efficiencies.
- A hands-on approach – comfortable with warehouse operations & occasional forklift duties.
- Commitment to quality & safety standards – ensuring compliance in storage & dispatch.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the beer, beverage, or food & drink industry.
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
