What you’ll be doing: Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive repeat orders Re-engage lapsed clients and identify new leads via research & cold calling Promote our beers, seasonal offers, and upsell where it makes sense Represent the Saltaire Brewery brand with pride and personality Order Processing & Admin Input orders accurately and liaise with logistics for smooth deliveries Keep CRM and call records up to date Hit weekly/monthly sales targets and support customer service queries Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Operations Share insights to help improve campaigns and customer experience Attend team tastings, training, and events when needed What you’ll need: Previous telesales or customer service experience (FMCG/hospitality a bonus) Confident, engaging phone manner and strong communication skills Target-driven with great organisational skills and attention to detail CRM knowledge and general IT literacy (BREWW experience is a plus) A friendly, curious personality – and an interest in beer never hurts!
