Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to join their Operations team and support the successful delivery of high-profile events.

Key
Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, and event stakeholders.
Manage exhibitor communications, ensuring a professional and responsive customer experience.
Coordinate and execute exhibitor communication plans alongside Operations and Marketing teams.
Maintain exhibitor and contractor databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Support the production of exhibitor manuals and event logistics documentation.
Assist with exhibitor onboarding, information collection, and event preparations.
Update and maintain event floorplans and inventory systems.
Manage operational processes within Salesforce and other internal systems.
Support purchase order creation and general event administration.
Provide on-site operational support at events, including managing the Organiser's Office where required.
Build strong internal relationships across departments and external relationships with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Key
