We're partnering with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK, a business operating across multiple markets and now investing further in its digital growth function. This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to take ownership of the brand's next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead a talented team that's already in place, with a clear mandate to build it further. You'll bring together CRM and loyalty, paid digital, retail media & SEO, into one high-performing function, owning the strategy, the budget and the results. It's a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set direction and stay close to the detail.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the overarching growth strategy across acquisition and retention
- Prioritise activity and budget across paid digital, retail media, SEO, CRM and loyalty to deliver measurable results
- Own the customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to retention and lifetime value
- Drive performance across paid and organic channels, balancing efficiency with sustainable growth
- Lead international growth, identifying the markets and audiences with the greatest potential
- Drive segmentation, automation and loyalty to deepen engagement across the customer base
- Lead, develop and grow a talented team, building a high-performance culture grounded in data and accountability
You'll Bring
- Significant experience across digital marketing and growth, with demonstrable seniority in a leadership role
- A strong D2C background, ideally with subscription expertise. Experience in the sports, lifestyle or entertainment sectors would also be beneficial
- A highly analytical, commercial mindset, with the ability to turn insight into strategy
- Proven experience leading teams and owning budgets with direct accountability for results
