TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager

Salt have partnered with a leading wellness brand that is digital first and going through a period of growth. My client is looking for a data driven Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the brand forward on their TikTok channel.

The Role:

  1. Manage and develop the influencer program by maintaining strong relationships with agencies and the brand’s established influencer partners.
  2. Keep on top of influencer and agency spend ensuring ROI is met or exceeded each month.
  3. Report on performance of influencer campaigns and direct impact on sales.
  4. Brief and manage freelancers for content creation across organic and paid channels.
  5. Create content calendar ensuring alignment with product launches and marketing goals.
  6. Schedule and post content across channels.
  7. Ideate and plan content that will drive business goals and growth through storytelling and brand awareness initiatives.
  8. Commission, brief and produce content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat.
  9. Monitor organic social performance and make informed decisions on how to strengthen and develop for growth.
  10. Report on performance of channels and campaigns to founders.

The Person:

  1. 3+ years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing
  2. Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
  3. Solid experience with organic and paid influencer marketing
  4. Data driven with a growth mindset.
  5. Highly organized and forward thinking, able to see problems before they happen.
  6. Intimate understanding of social trends and passion for wellness and lifestyle brands.
