I’m currently supporting a client that is looking to hire a Power Platform Support Engineer for an initial 3 month remote working contract engagement. This role will sit within a Business Applications team, supporting a range of customers with day-to-day Power Platform application support and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications within D365 CRM
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience working within an application support/helpdesk environment
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/tasks in real-time
  • A proactive and service-oriented mindset

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Responding to client queries via email and calls
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting Power Platform application issues
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new customers
  • Building strong customer relationships through regular service review calls
  • Working closely with the Team Lead and wider technical team
  • Contributing to KPI reporting and continuous service improvement
