Are you passionate about creating content that informs, influences and drives growth? We're looking for a Content Programme Manager to lead the content strategy for a fast-growing SaaS analytics platform serving the professional services sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thinks in programmes rather than individual pieces. You'll own the editorial calendar, shape thought leadership, oversee podcasts and video content, and develop compelling customer stories that position our platform as an industry authority.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and manage the editorial calendar across all content channels
  • Lead the production of flagship research reports and insights-led campaigns
  • Develop podcast and video content, from concepts and guest planning to narrative direction
  • Create customer case studies and success stories that support acquisition, retention and expansion
  • Work closely with marketing, digital and creative teams to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5-8 years' experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in content-focused roles, ideally in a boutique agency, professional services or SaaS
  • Experience managing end-to-end content programmes and editorial planning
  • Strong storytelling and editorial skills with the ability to brief writers and creative teams
  • Experience producing thought leadership, research reports or insight-led content
  • Some exposure to podcast or video content production

Nice to have:

  • Customer marketing or case study programme experience
  • Podcast production experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content workflows
