We are partnered with a well-known Creative Agency, who are one of our longest standing clients - they are now looking for a Studio Manager to join their team, so if great work, broad clients, and working alongside kind, generous people is for you then read on...

Firstly, do the core details work for you?

You'll spend 3 days per week in the office in London.

You'll be paid an annual salary over between £45 - 50,000

You will be available to start within 1-month of accepting an offer

So, now that's out the way - we're looking for a great plate spinner - why?

You will have ultimate responsibility for who to put on client & internal projects, through to inputting heavily into scope of work, budgets, timelines and the studios overall processes and systems.

You of course won't be doing all this alone - you will be responsible for line managing a more junior member of the studio, alongside closely collaborating with the wider team across leadership, accounts, production and various creative & design skill-sets.

In terms of your experience so far, it's really important that you demonstrate the following.

  • Solid experience working across Studio Management roles.
  • Experience operating within a Creative studio / Agency environment.
  • Deep expertise using Project Management systems/tools.
  • Clear, confident communicator - You're deeply empathetic but hold people to account.
  • Calmness in fast moving environments.
