Salt are partnered with a global enterprise organisation and they are looking for a Social Media Marketing & Demo Specialist to join on a contract basis.Location: London (Hybrid)Duration: 12 monthsAbout the Role This position focuses on creating polished, short-form demo videos (2–7 minutes) that showcase cutting-edge creative technology workflows. You\’ll be responsible for demonstrating how modern AI-powered tools can streamline large‐scale content production for enterprise brands. This requirement is covering everything from asset generation and custom model usage to automated design workflows.Alongside demo creation, you will manage organic social media activity to maximise reach, engagement and community growth across key channels. The goal is to publish two high-impact demos per week, ensuring strong performance and consistent audience interaction.Key Responsibilities Produce engaging, enterprise‐relevant demo videos that highlight creative workflow automation, content scaling and AI-driven design solutionsDevelop social media strategies to ensure videos achieve strong visibility and resonance with B2B audiencesManage posting cadence, audience nurturing, and community interaction around creative technology contentExperiment with agentic workflows for social posting, ensuring human oversight remains centralBuild and grow an online community of creative technologists and practitionersTrack and report on content performance, engagement trends, and audience insightsWork with internal teams to ensure demos align with real-world enterprise creative and marketing use casesSkills & Experience Required Strong understanding of enterprise creative workflows and scaled content production needsFamiliarity with AI-driven design technologies, API-based creative tooling, and node‐based workflow authoringConfident on-camera presence and the ability to explain technical concepts in an engaging, accessible wayExperience in social media marketing, particularly within B2B or technology-led spacesAbility to foster active communities around technical or creative subjectsCompetence in analytics, reporting and performance optimisationExperience with creative AI or digital content generation tools is highly advantageous (e.g., custom models, design intelligence, background removal, recolouring, etc.)
