SALT is supporting a leading social-first and insights-led agency in securing a Freelance Social Insights Manager to support their brand and campaign activity across multiple consumer accounts. This contract role will provide social listening, insights and reporting support across several major consumer-facing clients. You’ll work closely with the Insights Manager to deliver timely, actionable insights for brand, campaign and always-on activity. The role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal brief and operate independently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver social listening and insights across multiple consumer brands.
- Produce weekly and ad-hoc reports summarising trends, sentiment and competitor activity.
- Interpret social data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage workflows independently despite limited briefing.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong experience in social listening and insights roles.
- Confident using common social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar).
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines across several accounts.
- Comfortable working autonomously on minimal briefs.
- Prior experience in agency or multi-client environments preferred.
