Salt is working with a globally recognised brand, seeking a bilingual (English and Hindi) and capable Social Listening / Insight Analyst.
As a Social Listening Analyst, you’ll work within the wider team helping to unlock key insights to drive growth, and present your actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.
- 12 month freelance contract
- £160 per day, outside IR35
- Fully remote working
You will:
— Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs into analytical projects, and conduct analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights
— Work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics
— Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications, and new product development
— Build and test queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualisations, primarily in PowerPoint
You will need:
— To be able to speak English and Hindi proficiently
— Experience working in digital insights, with strong experience in social listening
— Exposure to a range of tools, including Google Analytics and Brandwatch
