SALT is partnering with a leading brand to hire an experienced Social Content Creative to own and deliver high-impact, social-first content across their UK portfolio. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded creator who can lead end-to-end content production, ensuring output is culturally relevant, platform-native, and aligned with brand objectives. Hybrid working – London (3 days per week on-site).
The Role
As a Social Content Creative, you will take ownership of social content across TikTok and Instagram, driving creative output from concept through to delivery. You’ll play a key role in elevating the brand’s social presence, ensuring content is engaging, trend-led, and built for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of social-first content, from ideation through to editing and final delivery.
- Capture high-quality, real-time content across shoots, events, and brand activations.
- Repurpose and optimise existing content to maximise reach and keep channels fresh.
- Collaborate with brand, UGC, and internal teams to shape creative direction and content pipelines.
- Develop visually compelling concepts and treatments aligned to campaign objectives.
- Support the creation of creator briefs and contribute to wider content planning.
- Manage publishing schedules and day-to-day community engagement across social platforms.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in social-first content creation, videography, or visual storytelling.
- Strong experience within the beauty sector, ideally with exposure to skincare content.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
- Experience managing social channels and community engagement.
