SALT is supporting an agency who are working with a leading FMCG food brand in the search for a Social Content Lead to drive social-first content creation and channel growth across key consumer platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic social planning, focused on developing engaging short-form content for Instagram and Tik Tok.

You'll be responsible for generating creative ideas, capturing and editing content, managing content calendars, and ensuring social activity aligns with wider brand priorities.

The role works closely with a junior content creator and wider marketing stakeholders.

  • Develop creative concepts and social-first content ideas for Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Capture, edit and publish engaging short-form video content (6-15 second formats).
  • Attend shoots, events and content capture opportunities to create platform-native assets.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned to brand and campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with a Junior Content Creator to deliver a consistent content pipeline.
  • Support channel growth through strategic content planning and optimisation.
