I am working with a fantastic, global, leading global fintech business is looking for a new Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a key part in the business to make sure products and propositions are accurately and effectively brought to the market for the right global audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly established, consumer-focused organisation undergoing substantial growth and transformation.
You'll sit at the connection of product development and marketing execution, shaping go-to-market strategy, proposition messaging and launch plans while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will own the end-to-end product marketing process, translating complex product developments into compelling customer propositions and coordinating integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features and enhancements.
- Develop clear positioning, messaging and proposition frameworks for different customer segments.
- Partner with the wider team to develop the launch plan and roadmap
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights and performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign delivery across Brand, CRM, Performance and Creative teams.
- Manage multiple launch programmes simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimise future marketing activity through data and insights.

- 8+ year's experience in Product Marketing where you have owned end-to-end
- Ideally experience within financial services/banking industry
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Strong understanding of positioning, messaging and proposition development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional campaign delivery.
- Highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
