The Role
This is a Senior Designer role focused primarily on consumer branding and packaging projects. It could suit a strong midweight designer ready to step up, or an established senior who enjoys hands-on creative ownership within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development on consumer branding and packaging projects, particularly within food and drink
- Originate strong brand and visual ideas and see them through to high-quality execution
- Work closely with Design Directors, strategy and client service teams
- Support and mentor junior designers within the studio
- Contribute to brand audits, workshops and presentations where appropriate
You
- Strong experience in consumer branding, with a solid focus on FMCG packaging design is essential to excel in this role
- Confident generating ideas as well as crafting and executing them to a high standard
- Collaborative, curious and proactive, with a positive approach to team working
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects
- Exposure to shopper marketing or point-of-sale work
- Confidence in presenting to clients (support is available if this is an area you want to develop)
- Some experience across digital branding or website projects would be a bonus
