About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join a high-profile organisation delivering intelligent automation solutions across the business. This role will focus on both the development of new automation processes and the support, maintenance and enhancement of existing live automations. You will play a key role in ensuring automation services remain stable, effective and continuously improved while helping to drive the adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities.

The successful candidate will have strong UiPath experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and a proven track record supporting production RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and enhance UiPath automation solutions
  • Support and troubleshoot live production automations
  • Design, build, test and deploy new intelligent automation processes
  • Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Manage assets, queues, schedules and environments within UiPath Orchestrator
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Support AI-enabled automation initiatives including Document Understanding and Communications Mining
  • Resolve incidents and performance issues across existing automation services
  • Produce technical documentation and support operational handovers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation best practice

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience developing solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
  • Strong experience supporting and maintaining live RPA solutions
  • Experience troubleshooting production automation issues
  • Knowledge of REFramework, selectors, assets, queues and exception handling
  • Experience with VB.NET and/or C#
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with SQL databases
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects
