We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing D2C business looking for a Paid Media Manager to own performance marketing across multiple channels and play a key role in scaling customer acquisition.

Reporting into the Head of Consumer Growth, you'll combine hands-on activation with strategic leadership, helping shape the future of the brand's paid media function.

You'll lead campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Affiliates, driving performance against revenue, CAC and growth targets while building best-in-class in-house capability.

This role sits at the intersection of performance, creative and analytics, with a strong focus on testing, attribution and sustainable growth.

You'll also manage and mentor a Paid Media Executive, work closely with CRM, Creative, Brand and PR teams, and play a critical role in evolving media strategy across an increasingly diverse channel mix.
