We're looking for an experienced
Marketing Automation Consultant
to help shape the strategy and technical blueprint for a major marketing automation transformation.
This is
not an implementation role . You'll sit at the intersection of customer journey strategy, CRM, data and marketing automation, turning commercial requirements into an implementation-ready roadmap.
What you'll be doing
Lead stakeholder discovery and customer journey mapping Review and validate existing audience segmentation and personas Design buyer and influencer journeys across multiple customer segments Translate journeys into technical automation specifications Define data schemas, CRM objects, entry triggers, decision rules and nurture flows Develop lead, engagement and intent-scoring frameworks Identify gaps across data, content, channels and existing processes Define what can be delivered now versus future-state capabilities Create clear documentation for subsequent technical implementation Upskill internal stakeholders on marketing automation best practice
What we're looking for
Deep
marketing automation and CRM
expertise Strong customer journey mapping and segmentation experience Ability to bridge
marketing strategy and technical architecture Experience designing sophisticated B2B nurture and lifecycle programmes Strong understanding of platforms such as
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua
and related CRM/data ecosystems Knowledge of data models, automation logic, personalisation and lead scoring Confident facilitating workshops with senior marketing, sales and technical stakeholders If you can take a customer journey from whiteboard thinking through to a technically robust automation blueprint, we'd love to hear from you.
