SALT is partnering with a leading beauty brand to hire an experienced Influencer & Creator Manager to manage and scale high-impact, social-first creator content across TikTok and Instagram. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a highly organised, culturally plugged-in specialist who can own the full creator ecosystem—from sourcing and partnerships through to briefing, delivery and quality control—ensuring content is on-brand, engaging, and built for performance.
Contract Details
- 6-month contract (outside IR35)
- Hybrid working – London (3 days per week on-site)
- £200-£300 per day
The Role
As an Influencer & Creator Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of creator and influencer activity, building strong partnerships and delivering scalable, always-on content. You’ll play a key role in elevating the brand’s social presence, ensuring all creator output is culturally relevant, platform-native, and aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit and onboard influencers and UGC creators aligned with brand values and target audiences
- Build and manage a strong, reliable network of creators and partners
- Own the end-to-end creator lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation to briefing, feedback and delivery
- Develop clear, compelling creative briefs aligned with campaign goals and social strategy
- Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and platform best practice
- Collaborate with Brand, Social and Content teams to align influencer activity with key campaigns and launches
- Identify opportunities to scale always-on and performance-driven creator content
- Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats and creator landscape
- Manage timelines, budgets (if applicable), asset delivery and campaign tracking
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator management or social-first content roles within beauty
- Proven experience sourcing and managing creators based on cultural relevance and brand fit
- Strong understanding of high-performing content across TikTok and Instagram
- Confident managing creator relationships, negotiations and feedback loops
- Strong eye for brand aesthetics, storytelling and quality control
- Passion for beauty and skincare, with a clear understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
