We're looking for an Event & Trunk Show Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance of high-profile trunk shows across key global markets (UK & US). This is a Luxury Retail brand that offers unique services to customers and reaches more clientele. If you have experience managing all aspects of a trunk show and luxury experience - this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver exceptional trunk shows from concept to execution, including venues, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Own the full client experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless, premium, and memorable.
  • Drive sales performance by building relationships with UHNW and high-profile clientele.
  • Manage budgets and reporting, tracking costs and delivering post-event insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate logistics and travel, including international shipping, materials, and event setup.
  • Lead on-site execution, from staffing and operations to visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams to ensure smooth follow-ups, payments, and client communication.
